STEPHEN F. BAHN - President

Steve Bahn began his career in St. Louis in the early 1970’s as a commercial real estate agent and founded Stephen F. Bahn Commercial Real Estate Services in October of 1975. The experience of the firm alone exceeds 50 years, making Stephen F. Bahn Commercial Real Estate Services one of the most knowledgeable and experienced firms of this size in the St. Louis area.

NICK BAHN – Broker / Partner

Nick Bahn is a licensed broker and managing partner at Stephen F. Bahn Commercial Real Estate Services. A graduate of Arizona State University, Nick began his career working for GJ Grewe Inc a Walmart preferred shopping center developer throughout Missouri and Illinois. There he was responsible for leasing over 2,000,000 square feet of retail space.

Nick has a knack for finding value in underutilized properties. He has completed acquisitions of big box shopping centers, single tenant net lease properties, and represents a select number of retail tenants. Over the past 5 years Nick has started to focus on ground up development projects and seeking out strategic investment opportunities.

Nick sits on the board of The Little Bit Foundation, is a member of ICSC, and the Missouri Athletic Club.

BRIAN MCCUNE – Broker

Brian McCune specializes in investment and owner-user sales and acquisitions, in addition to landlord and tenant representation. He focuses on industrial, IOS, retail, office, and land sales & leasing throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. With over 10 years of sales experience, Brian has established a strong track record of building long-term client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional value. Some of his clients include shopping center owners, transportation carriers, national construction firms, developers, industrial outdoor storage funds, nonprofit organizations, and local retail & industrial businesses. Brian holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.

TORY BAHN LYSS – Agent / Manager

Tory joined the Bahn family real estate business in 2014 as the office manager and personal assistant to both Steve and Nick. She is a licensed Missouri Salesperson and currently serves on a part-time basis.

TERRA CORNO - Marketing Manager

Terra joined the Bahn family real estate business in 2024 as the marketing and office manager. With a background in marketing and brand management, Terra’s expertise spans traditional and digital marketing, brand development, and client engagement.
